Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. LLC "Pickup.ge", pickup.com.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a platform that provides household waste collection services.

1.2. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and LLC "Pickup.ge" (hereinafter the “Company,” “we,” or pickup.com.ge) and governs your use of LLC "Pickup.ge"’s website and its associated mobile application. The website, mobile application, and any services offered through LLC "Pickup.ge," including any communications directed at users regarding the services, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Pickup.ge Platform.”

1.3. The user is obligated to read and agree to this document before using the service.

1.4. All users who wish to use the Pickup.ge platform must agree to and comply with the terms and conditions set forth below. The Company’s administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms at any time through the same platform without requiring additional consent from the user. Upon implementation of such changes, the updated version of the terms and conditions will be displayed at the first use of the website or mobile application. Continued use of the Company’s services requires mandatory review and acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Definitions

Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings defined below:

2.1. Authorization – After downloading the application or accessing the website, authorization means access to/login to a personal account for the purpose of receiving the service. Authorization is performed using a mobile phone number.

2.2. Personal Page – Refers to the section of the website/application through which users can order and receive services.

2.3. User/Users – Any authorized or unauthorized person who uses the website/application.

2.4. Company – LLC "Pickup.ge," registered and operating under Georgian law, ID number: 404 741 712, Registered Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda District, Luarsab Botsvadze Street No. 2.

2.5. Platform – The platform operated by LLC "Pickup.ge," which includes, without limitation, its website, application, and all other alternative channels.

2.6. Terms of Use – These terms, along with any other rules or terms referenced herein as part of these conditions, regulate access to and use of the platform by the user, including any content, functions, services, or products offered via the website/application.

2.7. Mobile Phone Number – The number through which the user receives one-time access codes, one-time passwords, promo codes (if applicable), and performs other operations related to the service.

3. Description of Services

3.1. Placing Waste at the Door – The user must place household waste at the door no later than 9:00 AM, according to the number of orders.

3.2. Waste Collection and Placement in Municipal Bins – Waste will be collected between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If the user fails to place the waste by 9:00 AM, the courier will leave a new branded bag at the apartment door, and the collection will be considered completed.

The user is obligated to:

✓ Not place sharp or cutting objects in our bag without proper packaging to prevent direct damage to the bag.
✓ Not overfill or excessively weight the bag to avoid damage/tearing. The bag must be tied.
✓ Not place construction, explosive, or other prohibited waste in the bag.
✓ Place only household waste in the bag.
✓ Place the bag at the apartment door for collection by 9:00 AM.
✓ Use only the Company’s branded bags for placing waste.
✓ Not place liquids in the bag without appropriate packaging to avoid leakage.
✓ Place baby diapers and other hygiene products in additional packaging inside the bag.
✓ Place only as many bags as ordered for that day.
✓ Ensure the area near the door is safe for work.

The service will be performed by our company’s “Pickuppers,” wearing branded uniforms. After each collection, the Pickuppers will leave branded bags (55x60 cm) at the user’s door for the next collection. The user will receive an SMS confirming the household waste collection. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the user violates obligations or sanitary-hygienic standards.

The Company is not liable in the following cases:

✓ If the waste is not properly packaged or not placed in Company-branded bags.
✓ If the user provides incorrect address or information.
✓ If environmental or force majeure conditions prevent service delivery. In such cases (e.g., broken elevators), the Company will ensure waste collection after the issue is resolved and offer free collection(s) as compensation for the inconvenience.

4. Prices, Payment Terms, and Service Packages

4.1. Service prices are listed on the platform and depend on the package chosen by the user.

4.2. Payment is available only online (via card).

4.3. The Company reserves the right to revise prices. However, changes will not affect users who have already paid for services.

Service Packages:

✓ One-time collection – 2.75 GEL
✓ Premium Plus: 1 month of Daily pickups. Total 30 pickups – 70.5 GEL

✓ Premium:1 month Pickup (every other day). Total 15 pickups – 35.25 GEL

✓ Comfort Plus: 2-week daily collection package. Total 14 pickups – 32.9 GEL

✓ Comfort: 2-week every other day collection package. Total 7 pickups – 16.45 GEL

5. Service Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. The user may cancel the service 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

5.2. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.

5.3. If the Company fails to provide the service due to its own fault, the user may request a full refund.

5.4. To request a refund, the user must contact the Company in writing via email at: [email protected]

5.5. The refund processing time is 4 business days from the written request.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6.1. The Company complies with the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.

6.2. User personal data is protected and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

6.3. We use collected information for the following purposes: communicating with users about services, improving services, and optimizing operations based on user feedback.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy at any time. Any changes or additions to the privacy policy will be published immediately.

7. Liability and Dispute Resolution

7.1. The Company is not liable for damage caused by third parties if not due to the Company’s actions.

7.2. Incorrect actions by the user (e.g., wrong address, prohibited items) do not impose liability on the Company.

7.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in Georgian courts.
